Currently, in my glorious opinion, the new arrow upkeep is overly complicated and non-sensical.
Unlike every other piece of equipment which uses a flat chance of breaking and a flat percentage of upkeep, arrows go against this and have a higher chance of breaking. This is needlessly confusing.
My suggestion is simple:
- Remove the new mechanic of arrows breaking more often and use the standard mechanic that everything else uses.
- Increase Base Price of ammunition, and thus the base upkeep, to match the overal long-term upkeep of what the new complex system has.
This will simplify things greatly, as well as remove unneeded code for a second system that is used just for the arrows.
