Don't get too impatient, it might take some time. An admin will have to review this and look through logs to verify that you did have looms, etc. I'd recommend starting by thinking, and trying to narrow down the timeframe in which you lost the looms, and what looms they were, exactly.
Hopefully by the time somebody with the means to help you gets to the thread you'll have the story straight and it will be a quick fix for everyone involved.
