Rain makes crossbows suck.
As some of you know, crossbow is very bad when it's raining/snowing. Whether damage/accuracy goes down because of lower bolt speed alone, or it's inherent, I dunnot know.
A crossbow is, to my knowledge, the only weapon affected by weather. As such, it is obviously unfair (especially once Strategus is launched). I don't know how this can be removed, whether it's hardcoded or not, but if possible please remove it.
Note: I understand only few people play as a crossbowman and so most would vote "keep rain effect" if there was a poll, because it's in their interest the other classes are weaker. But in the interest of game balance, logic and sanity - remove rain effect, please. Or make rain very rare. Right now it rains more often than in England.
ps: Also, please rename Sniper to Siege crossbow. I don't understand why Counterstrike name in the first place.
